The key feature that interested me originally was the manufacturers catalogue updates that we could manually update each catalogue in seconds.  Since our original purchase, the evolution of HearWare has enabled us to detect and update new catalogues automatically. Other than the catalogue update feature, there have been numerous HearWare upgrades and new function additions to all aspects including accounting, tracking, order forms and repair forms for earmolds and hearing aids, scheduler, and various reports which help run our business effectively.  In my opinion, HearWare is currently the most feature-rich and flexible OMS on the market today.
