“The main reason for going with HearWare was a result of all the great reviews from colleagues using the program. I also stopped by their tradeshow booth and found Jacob to be very aware of the needs of hearing clinics and willing to take the time to explain some of the features available in the software—very personable at first impression.

I have been using HearWare since April 2011 and found it easy to adapt to, coming from a much more complicated and not as useful system. I like that the software is updated automatically with manufacturer information and ADP codes, this allows my time to be used in the clinic for more useful things rather than looking up codes and filling in paperwork unnecessarily.

The whole design of HearWare saves time, from scheduling reminders to hearing aid order and repair follow up. I think my favourite part of the software is the accounting, being able to instantly check submission dates of billing and keep track of this so easily.
